"Changed the policy on a lot things, they give less money than before, and workers will mess up your equipment if they don't know how to use it or are in a rush. I had a young kid who kept hard resetting my laptop and it worked perfectly fine with great load up speed before he touched it. Now it runs like a 30 year old computer and I may have to factory reset it and loss all my music files"
