"I called Bach to rock regarding their music production class. The school seems more geared for kiddos. But their site says adults too, I just felt a bit out of place due to all the rooms having small instruments for kids. Which is great, but I didn’t get the sense that adults go here to learn as much as kids. However that’s not my issue. I scheduled a time to meet Brian. Nancy told me on the phone to be there at 2pm because he was open and would have time to talk and discuss my goals. The next week I show up on the day and he is in class. Nancy didn’t have my name written down, I wasn’t even in the system. She even wanted to call me max, but that’s not me. She repeated a couple times, So you’re not max? No! Not a big deal, things happen. I’m a pretty understanding person. So I asked if Brian could call me since I wasted my time, gas, and energy to meet and see if the class was for me. She said they technically can’t call me, we have to go through her. but she would make an exception due to the mix up and have him call me. Ok great! So here we are 2 weeks later and no call back. I was also going to sign my daughter up for piano. But no point now, If I have to try that hard to do business with y’all I’ll just go elsewhere. So leaving this here because it’s obvious to me the admin is messing up the scheduling and setting false expectations."

"B2R has awesome teachers and my 2 sons are learning guitar and keyboard there from few years. They love their teachers and also look forward to their showcase every quarter. My kid is such a fan of teacher Leaf. Hannah and Carol are so friendly and so helpful in rescheduling makeup sessions. We are very happy with B2R. I wish there was also some kind of structure and curriculum that will help parents to gauge what kids are building on every quarter."

"Bach to Rock is a fun and vibrant music school. My 10 year old son goes there for Piano lessons and he enjoys it so much that he eagerly waits for his class every week.Teachers & the main owner are very talented, knowledgeable, warm and friendly with the kids. They have different theme lesson rooms for each instrument and very cool recital stage. I highly recommend to go check out this place. They are taking all precautions in current times to ensure safety of all students."
