"Grand daughter’s 5th birthday was excellent. Lots of play stations (trampolines, giant foam pit, and pads) where invited children and their small siblings and even moms and dads could play safely. An elevated observation deck allows observation and party refreshments. Excellent option for a party."

"I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I encountered several concerning issues during my daughter's participation in the Parkour summer camp. On day 1 of 5 the initial check-in process was disorganized, and my daughter did not receive a warm welcome once she found her class. The teenagers/coaches in charge avoided engaging with the class and were too busy chit chatting amongst themselves or checking their phones. However, the most distressing incident occurred at the end of the day when I was unable to locate my child during pick up, and the supervising teenagers had no knowledge of her whereabouts. To my dismay, I eventually found her in considerable pain behind a large mat, complaining upon neck pain. The front desk staff was nowhere to be see. But on our drive home it was clear she needed medical attention and we drove to urgent care instead where X-rays fortunately revealed no fractures but confirmed severe strained neck. It took her about two weeks to recover and to gain full neck mobility back. This incident is deeply troubling for several reasons. Firstly, the fact that my daughter's injury went unnoticed throughout the day raises serious concerns about the staff's lack of attentiveness and supervision. Secondly, the absence of any communication regarding her condition further underscores a lack of diligence on the part of the camp's organizers. Unfortunately the paperwork you sign when you enrolls the kiddos makes it impossible to take any action. It is evident that the primary motivation behind these programs may be financial gain, as they hired inexperienced or apathetic teenagers, nor do they seem to have anyone overseeing any of them. Such inadequacies in supervision and care pose significant safety risks to our children."

"My son went from tumble tots to super tots and now intro to tumbling. Every coach has been excellent. They know how to direct kids and teach. The tots program is awesome, highly recommend. My son was a bit shy going from tots to the "big kid class". Coach Louis noticed, took him on the mats and introduced him to his new coach. I can't say enough good things about Coach Louis and how he's helped my son with his experience and growth at Tumble Tech!"

"They don't watch the kids are leaving the building. My daughter is just 5 yr old. I accept that Her coach told her, you are not scheduled for this time as she was supposed to come at 4.30. But she left the building in search of me as I told her that I will be at Nitro for my son to pick after class. She crossed the road all alone and nobody had noticed. They should set security cameras or any custodian to watch kids specially little ones. I was very concerned when some lady called me and handover my daughter to me safely. Thank you whoever had noticed and took action rightaway to send her safe to me.i really appreciate your help here."

"Had a blast. Took my 3 year old and myself. The safety is a little concern for that age, I stayed close by In the high areas. I will for sure be going back again."
