What's hilarious is that every time I go in and say thank you for your service, it's like shock. But I do thank them for their continued service"
"I placed an order on the app and it told me it would be ready by 4:45, I went into the store and there were at least 30 people waiting for a drink. The lady working told me she was 30 minutes behind cold drinks. At this point, they should have shut off mobile orders or had more of an accurate time. If it told me it would've taken 30 minutes I would have never stepped foot in the store. I had a class at five and could not wait for my drink... I couldn't get a refund either from the app. I left the store angry, and -7$ without my drink. Safe to say I'm never coming back..."
"After they revamped this Starbucks location, I like the decor for having a coffee break with a friend or two. It conveniently has free parking next to it, which is usually full during work hours. When the weather is nice, they have a little patio like area with little tables to enjoy your drink outside. Staff are friendly and get your order right and pretty quickly. Wish it was a bit bigger, but it’s a good size compared to most downtown places."
