"Enrolled and paid my tuition months in advance. Now, still months prior to class start date, my circumstances have changed and I won't be able to attend. I have never had so much difficulty obtaining a refund! The unnecessary delay makes me wonder if they are having financial problems. The school may be good, but they are pretty shady in how long they will delay giving refunds. Going on -two weeks now and haven't even received confirmation of their intent to issue the refund. Will most likely have to ask my bank to do a chargeback. Just sad!"

"I dropped the course April 21 2023. It's May 19th and no refund. When I spoke to someone at Zollege in Cedar Park they stated they have until June 19th 2023 to give me a refund. I'm not the 1st student this has happen to. Also if you look on indeed, employees are complaining about how Zollege is not being ran accordingly and have several students calling in and complaining with no management to assist. I would stay away. Go through Austin community college, they have more steps to get accepted for the program but two things are guaranteed, you will have an actual teacher who cares & you also have financial aid available and if you don't qualify the program is a little ove $2,000 and they will not hold on to your money like Zollege."
