"Worst customer service ever. From the front and the manager. This location is just trash. I sent someone with authorization to pick up my package I even CALLED AHEAD to make sure I provided everything theyd need (tracking # , id ) . Once they arrived to pick up package the lady upfront (ANGIE) was negligent and said they needed authorization from fedex & to call fedex to get that. SO I DID , after they got it yet again she was negligent and said it wasnt in her system as I called Two different fedex representatives that Confirmed it was in the system. She later went to get her “manager” to explain that I needed to be there for this package which we confirmed I DIDNT.yet they BOTH chose to ignore the authorization they ASKED for & continued to say I needed to Get authorization now from SHIPPER. Which I then had to call about 3 different agencies to be able to obtain this. Once the shipper called to give authorization she said she needed an email. Once the shipper sent multiple emails she trued to say she never received them. So i asked for the shipper to cc me which they did and Of course I RECEIVED the email even if she “still hadnt”. Once we ccd the email to the manager and her MANY times they finally said they received it. Which led to angie WALKING OUT and THE MANAGER SAYING HE HAD TO WAIT FOR HER TO INPUT THE INFORMATION. just ridiculous. Manager let Angie (front desk) talk all over him and the customers. Definitely the worst experience. Instead of making the customer’s experience easier it seems like they go above and beyond to do the complete opposite. Just incompetent overall. I was able to get the package LIKE I NEEDED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. picked up by someone else. & of course Angie was surprised As she did EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO NOT RELEASE THIS PACKAGE. ILLEGAL."

"The guy at the front desk is about as useless as my but hairs. He is careless and needs to be working in the warehouse and not dealing with customers, his face makes me angry. His monotone voice makes me want to die. And his negligence makes me want to work my way up the FedEx corporate lader just to fire him"
