"1/26/24 aprox 3pm arrived Sat at bar. Full of menus and receipts scatter all over bar. Staff just kept walling past me , finally told her I was ready to order, Ms.Attitude to my order of Fagitas and Coke begrygently. Comes back tosses my sister instead if sitting it down slams my Cole had 2 ask 3 times for water. Had to ask multiple times for avocado and sides. All thru out getting her ATTITUDE. leave that at home. Never checked on me for refills or anything else. Half way thru my meal I just asked for the CK and left. I'm always a great tipped, but this one reflected her efforts 000. I'm very disappointed in Chilies, we expect the same Chilies standard no matter which location. I am only posting this as a business owner, that would want to know the same in return.."

"TRASH, That's exactly how my visit was. They sat us at a dirty table... the floor was filthy. They brought a Hi-Chair that was covered in food still. The server did her best...but today wasn't her day... Neither was the kitchen... out of 3 meals only one was hot. I sent my whole plate back and just visited...( Went to McAllister's after) We are frequently in Hobbs, This is the second place that has just been filthy. Beginning to think chain Restaurants are something we should skip and just stick to local joints. My family will never stop at this Chili's again..."

"Ordered food to go today check# 980133 My husband and I were disappointed because when we arrived to pick up the food the girl made us aware that they were out of half rack of ribs and that was part of a plate we ordered. I don't understand why we provide a phone number for to go if you aren't going to use it geez. The girl could have called us and asked us what we wanted to replace that with or if we wanted to order a different plate. Instead she waited for us to pick up our food and asked what we wanted to replace the ribs with. So we would have had to wait for a replacement while sitting in the car waiting and our food getting cold. They way this was handled was not the correct way to handle this situation it just irritated us. We decided to take what we had instead of waiting because we were so unhappy with the way it was handled. We won't be returning to this location again. We have so many other options to get food in Hobbs NM."

"Atmosphere, alive and amazing, kid friendly. The waitress, very kind and thoughtful.also kid friendly, the Burger amazing, my compliments to the chef. I came here with my brothers and sister. We all had a great time highly recommend this place."
