Rock N' Taco

"Who made this chicken??? It was DRY! Nasty. rather go to taco bell or kfc. the owner was trying to tell me how hot his worker was but I'm a married man I just wanted to eat some chicken and some birria in peace. no sauce either. I got sick from the febrewary fest as well but i thought i would write it off. I should trusted muh gut this time."

"Disappointing all the way around, including the way the “manager’s sister” aka floor manager MAKES YOU PAY FOR SHRIMP COCKTAIL THAT WAS BORDERLINE ROTTEN. My husband will eat anything, and never sends his food back!! But, he sent this back. We understand that things happen, that’s not the issue. The issue is that a patron should not be made to pay for an item that would literally be flagged by the health department if tested! I guess a shrimp cocktail was worth losing customers, because we will never be back to Rock N Taco! Learning the hard way about how valuable good customer service is will certainly be costly for a new establishment. I have noticed several bad reviews on other sites, groups, and pages, but I don’t always listen to bad reviews! This time I should have! Go spend your money somewhere that has good food and better customer service! I would bet they will appreciate the patronage, unlike Rock N Taco! Very sad, Hobbs needed a good place to eat!"

"No way this bare plate (Carne fries) is worth 14 dollars and the brisket torta isn't brisket. Ima say it's a roast by its taste. Was told that they wasn't serving breakfast anymore. Yet 3-4 tables after us had the chance to order breakfast. Which lead us to the start of the post"

"dry tacos, asked for extra extra salsa 2X for ten tacos i recieved 4 salsas in total for 15 tacos & the salsa isnt even half way full."

"Walked up and nobody came to window. I yelled hello and nothing. Missed business because you was doing whatever in the trailer. I came back because I wanted to try the tacos. The combo is 13 with a drink and two sides. I told her I just wanted the tacos, she then tells me she doesn’t have the meat I wanted. I picked a different meat and she charged me $13 still for just the tacos no combo. She spoke hardly any English then put someone on the phone to speak English to me. I do not recommend this place. Overcharged and then couldn’t even explain to her what was wrong because she couldn’t understand any English."
