Reviews
"This school is garbage. The stress that teachers put on students is so great that many of my peers suffer with a multitude of mental health issues related to stress. In addition, several of the teachers are incompetent, especially in the English department. One of them tried to convince me that the suffix -ing was a root word, that water is sentient, and said in class that a gay student needs to "go to church." Overall, the school is a terrible environment, which led to me transferring to an online high school program."
"Great thanks to teachers like Chris Gardner and others like him who force communism upon students and make attempts brainwash them and restrict free speech."
"As a graduate of the class of 17, Hays had potential but lacked enforcement, had all these rules in place such as the hat rule, colored hair, and other rules, only a few of the staff enforced it. They were sneaky about stuff, says it's a no place for hate campus, as there are about 8 banners that hang in the cafeteria, but kids still get bullied, it's a strict policy to be a no place for hate school, and I know this from being in Student council for about 3 years. It's not easy. Also I know that it is required by the Hays CISD and the Texas education policy, but there too pushy about passing the standardized test. Also some of the teachers were not so flexible about tutoring hours."
"It's alright but all these wanna be rednecks with the dip and fake accents gotta stop, so glad I graduated"
"Too many wanna be rednecks with fake country accents spitting dip all over the place. Also drugs are a huge problem at this school"
