"Watch this one. Driver and dispatcher tried to charge me for delivery options that were not necessary. The shipment was freight pre paid by the shipper. The dispatcher got snotty when i called them on it. A heated argument followed, and then she refused to deliver my goods. It took two weeks of calls to the shipper and corporate to finely let me pick the shipment up at their terminal. Some funny goings-on there."

"So a bit weird review, but still worth doing. I was trying to find someone to transport my late mom's baby grand piano from Amarillo to Austin. In the search, I called Jeremy at R+L. They don't move pianos, but Jeremy was SO KIND. He went out of his way to find me information for someone who might be able to help me. He called a contact, then the company, then called me back to give me the information. I'm not even a client of R+L, and he was so generous with his time. This left me with a great impression of their business and the people who work there."
