"Worked there almost 2 years. On the plus they were willing to work with my school schedule in order for me to work full time. The negative. I had 3 yrs experience in my field of work. A new guy comes to work there with NO experience and his beginning pay was $3 more an hr than mine. Speaking with other females in the same department working there, this was COMMON. So if you were born with a Y chromosome you should apply here, if not, apply elsewhere to get competitive pay."
