"Honestly, make sure you really detail what you want. I asked if they knew how to cut with scissors. I wanted to have a ponytail on the crown of my sons long curly hair, and have the rest given a fade. I even showed him a few different pix of said style. He said yes, that he coukd do it. All he did was pull up my sons hair, put it in a tail shaved and tapered it. He even added a graphic. However, he didn't even try to use scissors on him to trim the ends and let his hair drop down, untouched once he was done with the cut. It looked like my son had a birds nest on his head. I was horrified. I paid and tipped but will not be returning to this shop."
