"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where do I even start? I went there last April for blonde highlights, my daughter wanted an hombre hair color. Hombre means only the tips are lightened, the mid section is semi lightened. The lady doing my daughters hair didn't even speak English, big red flag. She completely foils my daughters entire head, over processed her hair. It was all blonde. The woman did this on purpose. She then calls her daughter puts her on speaker phone and has her daughter insult my daughter telling her how inappropriate it was for her to get colored hair because she was only 10. Which blew my mind how UNPROFESSIONAL WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND YOU MOCK MY CHILD AND RUIN HER HAIR? Then Lizzet completely over processed my hair all while she kept bringing up my aunt who had previously canceled appointments with her as if that was my doing. She charged me over $600 to ruin our hair, this has been well over a year and both of our hair is still EXTREMELY DAMAGED. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON. They don't even speak English, they were beyond ignorant and rude to my child of all people. I'd gone there in the past and the exact service was only $125, I felt like I was robbed, it's been so long and the damage is still there NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Horrible services, horrible business practices. They need to be closed down."
