"I went to get highlights and a hair cut and the lady cut it shorter than I wanted and she messed up my highlights. It’s super patchy and uneven and my ends fell off. Super unprofessional!! My hair is falling out and I ended up crying in my car because of how bad my hair came out. I didn’t even let her dry or style it I just gave her $100 and walked out very upset. I didn’t want to make her feel bad because she was an older lady and out of respect I didn’t go off on her. But never will I ever go here again and it’s $100 flushed down the toilet."
