"They add wood pulp to the food and one guy was absent for days because of food poisoning from school lunch. Sucky teachers who don’t care about the students. Also, I have no friends :(. People are so quick to judge."

"I went here for 3 years through my junior high. In total I had 4 teachers I actually liked and respected. So many of the others were mean and unhelpful. The budget here, when I attended, was so low that we couldn't afford propper printing and had to take quizzes and work on quarter of a sheet of paper. To this day, 5 years later, I'm still hearing stories from friends and ex-class mates who also attended this school to do with sexual interaction, lots of drugs, and poor security."

"My elder kid has been going to Garland McMeans Junior High School for last two years and I am overall satisfied with schools teachers, staffs and coaches. I don't think I or my kid has faced any issues. Even my younger kid is gearing up to attend the same school"

"(MY NON BIAS 100% HONEST REVIEW BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AT MCMEANS) students have no voice here.Food taste terrible, even though they recently added the new food options, some food taste like cardboard There are some very good teachers that I have noted below. BUT some teachers here are just straight out terrible and taking the fun out of learning and simply just don't care about their students. a honest list of teachers I disliked Mrs. Torres- honestly does not care about her students, takes away the fun in learning. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. de hoyos - takes things to seriously, I don't think he understands that students find certain things humorous. okay teacher though :/ a honest list of AMAZING!!!!! teachers Mr.Martin - has a good way of teaching students with rewards. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Coach Kemble - a great person in general.connects with students well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs. Wray - style of teaching in great, one of the teachers who are not mean to students and good at their job.connects with students well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Coach Greenwood - great at teaching and explaining to students. 100% amazing teacher. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs. McJimsey - great at teaching and connecting with students, makes learning super fun, teaches in a variety of ways while maintaining professionalism. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mrs Barnhart - amazing teacher who cares about their students 100% great teacher -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs.Corbin Serious teacher one second, but if you do your work she;s a funny and chill teacher ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Karwowski BEST counselor alive, understands students, chill, overall great."
