"No response to request for service. Tried calling 4 times, no answer. Used email as suggested by recorded message. No response to email. Only needed a short ride for a doctor's appointment, I guess they wouldn't make enough providing local service. Very disappointing, will not try them again."

This man knew I was from out of town and lost and nervous: and for him to have no compassion was devastating to me. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone. Sorry attempt to discredit me: an obviously dissatisfied customer, your driver was rude to me and I still politely asked him to return since he some how missed me, but by your unprofessional response accusing Your competitor just shows you know you and your crew are low class and unethical.
