The manager who accepted my guitar in for repairs was receptive and made me feel like the guitar I was dropping was his and assured it would be well taken care of. Paul who did the repairs kept me updated on each stage of its journey, whether a delay or estimated completion date. He was also very responsive if any questions came up. The gentleman who returned my guitar was very professional and didn’t make me feel as if I was bothering him, which is what I got from another music store. This place has my business."

"Sam Ash on 410 from now on. Went to a competitor first. I had previously bought 3 guitars from them, I was looking for my lifetime guitar, and ready to trade in and drop a little money. Competitor didn’t have time to deal with me, so i went to Sam Ash. Todd, usually in acoustics, helped me out. Showed me what I needed to see, and gave me the time I needed and fair trade in on what I had. I also noticed that he was polite and recognized other customers as he helped me. He and one of his coworkers appeared to actually like their job, and on a Sunday morning, where most in retail don’t. 5 stars from me, and I don’t give 5 stars. They earned my repeat business. Well done team Ash."

"Great store and the staff is friendly and helpful. Not having any musical talent sometimes you walk into a music store and the staff looks down on your "lack of coolness", but no here at Sam Ash. Jim the GM helped me find what I needed for my grandkids and did not try to sell me what I didn't need. Great store, good location off 410. Will definitely go back as the need arises."
