"The front desk has zero customer service skills. They did not greet me, ask me any questions when I entered, or even after I sat down to wait for someone to acknowledge my entry. (Specifically the heavily tattooed girl. The girl at the back desk at least smiled.) The classes themselves were cute and fun, but initial impression is everything so I will not be back or recommend to others."
