"They recently did away with informing you when your pieces are complete. They state that they'll be completed four days but when my friend went they were slightly behind. So, you kind of just don't know when they'll be ready anymore. Might be a good idea to find a new pottery painting place. However, to be completely fair, they do have a good selection of paints and pieces. If you need them for anything like a birthday. It might not be on time though."
"Have been here to finished up my 3rd art work. Unfortunately I didn’t have so much time to come contribute during my last work (elephant), which I purchased last year. This work is finally done after a year span and came for 5 times to finish it up. And thank you for allowing us to keep coming in to finishing up. I really enjoyed taking the day off with friend, ate the ayce sushi nearby, bring a large drink, and come here to paint while chatting/gossiping with my girl. The most chill day always"
"My Granddaughter and I went for the first time yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. Enjoyed that we could go without a reservation. Great way to beat the heat and put the electronic devices down."
"An absolutely amazing ceramic art studio. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff and an overall incredible atmosphere. They’re usually quite busy, but I’ve gone a few times and know my way around the shop by now. I hope they don’t mind when I clear off my own table; I used to work at a ceramic art studio, so I promise I know how to do it! Lol Love this place, it’s one of my regular go-to’s in town and I’ll definitely be bringing any friends or family while they’re in town. Currently painting a picture frame for my new baby nephew. All images here are items I’ve painted here! There are so many options for unique designs, not to mention the special glazes they have to really make a piece stand out. If you’re looking for a fun date night, a girls’ night out, or a family trip, this is perfect for all! I’m not at all affiliated with this store, I’m just that passionate about it lol!"
"Booked a party there for a family get-together and birthday during the holidays. Walked in and they had the back area reserved for us with a cute Happy Birthday banner. Our dedicated hostess, Lauren, did an amazing job of getting us situated, explaining how everything worked, offering assistance, giving advice, and constantly checking on us. We had a large party of 10, but she managed to help everyone. She was assisted by Karina who was equally has helpful and came over several times to check in on us. They made a great team. The party area was nice as it's in a semi-private area and they give you room to set-up any food and drinks you bring. As far as the pottery experience, it was surprisingly a lot of fun and relaxing at the same time. You start off by picking whatever pottery you liked at the front, then bringing it to your table to paint. Like any skill, you get better as you go and learn different techniques. Everyone became very focused on their pottery, but we were able to have nice conversation at the same time. We became so focused, that our 2 hour reservation flew by. However, Lauren told us since we were the last party of the evening, we could stay in that area and not have to move to the other tables. Great customer service that was much appreciated, so I made sure to tip them accordingly. We came back about 5 days later to pick up our ~15 pieces and the baking process really made the colors pop. Everyone was pleased with how everything came out. This was a great way to spend quality time and enjoy creating your own pottery by hand. Great pottery experience and great customer service. Will definitely come back for some more pottery painting."
