"My son got his ears pierced a couple months ago and he passed out and hit his face on the metal on the chair. It was the scariest day of my life! The paramedics came and he woke up after what I thought was hours. All those girls cared about was my money. They kept saying don’t forget you didn’t pay. What?!?! I didn’t forget but my son was laying their not moving!!!!! I didn’t even get a call to see how he was!!!!! I called customer service and they said they would tell the general manager and guess what?!?! Still nothing. My son has a scar under his eye from his experience and all they cared about was money!!!!!!!"

Went in with my family to get my daughter her ears pierced for her b-day and the ladies ripped the display out of my hand and asked if I needed anything, yes I need to see the earrings for my daughter. So she holds the display on the counter at a angle and said pick one.......just outright disrespectful & the last time we'll ever go there....."
