"Poor customer service, very unorganized, lack of communication, Unprofessional. We Arrived Checked In, Paid, Waited. Nobody Acknowledged us it was our first time there so we didn’t know what to do. Finally After 30 minutes of just standing around we found somebody that we finally seen and asked for help. They finally took us to the briefing room and showed us how to do the go karts. After We Sat For Another 30 minutes then they called our name so as we are getting ready they tell us to get back off the floor we were telling them our name got called and the guy said do you see your name we said no he said well it’s not time so we went back and sat down soon as we sat down they get on the speaker again and say last call and say our names we get over there and they were about to start letting everybody drive without us I will not be turning"
"While I love the place and the racing I think that they should have a more professional staff. The place have a lot of potential but the lazy people working there kill all the fun"
"My cousins came in from out of town to visit so we wanted to do a fun activity. We remembered how fun Whirly ball was back in the day and decided to book. When we booked they said 10 people can play at a time. When we arrived there were only 8 carts. The rackets were all broken and they said they didn’t have any. The girl who was controlling the game was very rude. I don’t recommend this place."

We decided to book a private event with a meeting room and had a great time because there is a restaurant and a bar at this place. If you are looking for a place to do a team building event, company function or a birthday party near Chicago, IL area I would highly recommend trying this unique sport of WhirlyBall."
"First time experiencing whirlyball! Cyber Sport is a great place for entertainment. Great for groups and company events. It was nice being able to hit the bar when we took turns. All 40 of us got to experience it with enough time to go around. Awesome vibes in the conference room to host our team building event."
