"Worst experience ever here. My 4 year old niece fell from top of the bounce house and an ambulance was needed to come since the fall was pretty steep. When we informed the only worker in the building at the front desk, she had no interest in even knowing what happened and informed us that we signed a “waiver”. I cannot express how disappointed we are that this company has no procedure or protocol when there is an incident or accident. I understand that we sign a “waiver” but doesn’t this company want to know when there is an accident at their establishment? The bounce house closest to the wall on the left side when you walk in (looks like Noah’s Arc) is where she fell from. this bouncy house is not safe because when she climbed up she was able to fall to the ground from one of the windows nearest to the wall that’s has no netting. There is a wooden box below that I believe they store the motor in that is also super dangerous that she hit on the way down to the ground which was about a 6 ft fall. We will discourage all of our friends and family to come to this establishment not only because of the safety issue but also the lack of procedure with filling out at the very least an incident report. most importantly also the lack of empathy the staff showed for our hurt child."
"Had my sons first birthday here 2 weeks ago, my son and all his guest had a blast the staff was great, the place was clean and I had literally no complaints. Will definitely recommend and I will definitely be taking him back there."
"Love Jump Town! It's shockingly huge. There is a whole cute little kids area (0-3) with a little tots coaster, seesaw, ball pit, slides, train, soft blocks and more. Then there is a giant back area with like 7 different blow up bouncy areas. 3 or 4 of them are obstacle courses. One has two giant blow up slides. One is a pirates ship bouncy house. One is a giant obstacle course bouncy house and another one is a Noah's Ark bouncy house with animals they can "ride" on. There's also giant foam blocks for building and a climbing area with two giant tunnel slides. Currently pricing is only $13 a kid and there's a snack area for buying some snacks for the kiddos."
"I visited Jump Town while visiting family. It's not a large facility, but it's packed full of fun. There is a variety of inflatables, a miniature climbing wall, an 'obstacle course-style' activity area with slides, a trampoline, a fenced-in area with activities for smaller children, and a smaller avlctivity room, all included. There are also a few rides/activities that accept coins/bills/credit cards. Massage chairs that take bills and credit cards are on-site for the adults. :) Ice cream, snacks, 'lunch packs,' and beverages are available for purchase. We didn't use them, but there are rooms with tables/chairs for party activities; one area was set up with juice, water and plates. Staff are friendly and helpful - one of the inflatables was not inflated when we arrived. As soon as staff were advised, they took immediate action. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The kids had a great time at a price that didn't break the bank for the adults."
"New place for kids to have fun at. The place is very clean and organized. It has many different activities, like climbing jungle, inflatables, play pen for babies, and party rooms, in case you want to have a birthday there for your child. The price is $10 per child during the week, and $14 on the weekend. You can stay as long as you'd like."
