"I called the pharmacy to ask about an over the counter medicine I’ve been taking for a couple days due to my sinuses. It hasn’t been working and my symptoms have been getting worse so I called the pharmacy for advice. Everyone I spoke to before the pharmacist was kind and showed good customer service via our conversation. I waited on hold to speak with a pharmacist and explain to her my situation, just for her to rush me off the phone, talk over me while I asked my questions and then hung up when I was in mid-sentence. All my questions didn’t even get answered. I called another Walgreens location, which did answer my questions and had no problem doing so. I’ve never been treated like that before by a healthcare/ medical staff member and I work in a hospital environment. Whoever is answering phones on 12/23/19 between 6:30-6:45pm needs to be put in the back, away from customers. You don’t treat people like that, especially if they’re sick! That’s the reason for the phone call. Shame on her, she’s lucky she hung up so fast I didn’t get her name. So unprofessional and RUDE. I’ll stick to the location on Lindbergh! Thanks but NO thanks"

"I arrived to drop of a prescription at 8:45, the woman’s told me 30 minutes after taking all of my information. 1 hour later and she never put the prescription in so I’m here waiting another 20-25 minutes. If I didn’t need the pain meds I would’ve been walked away."

"Very slow, never can get your full prescription and always short staff so much so they have to close the drive thru. This is an inconvenience when you are handicapped."
