Coastline Academy Driving School - Dallas-Fort Worth

"I enrolled my son in Coastline Academy’s one-on-one driving lessons and everything was good. Within a year, I decided to use them for my daughter’s 7-7 lessons and our experience has been completely different. We have had a couple of lessons scheduled for us, that we didn’t schedule. It has been difficult to get lessons because they have to be paired with someone else at the same time and it appears there are only 2 drivers in our area, which is a large metroplex. Today, my daughter’s 2-hour lesson was cut short by about 10 minutes because the driver had another lesson in another city. He decided it would be a good idea to leave my daughter and the other student at Target until both parents arrived. This is not acceptable. If he had explained the situation upon drop-off or during the lesson, the students could have called parents to let us know to be early. I am extremely disappointed . ****2/28/24***IFollow-up to my previous post. I was able to speak with someone at Coastline Academy and appreciate them listening and understanding the danger involved in the situation that occured last weekend. I also appreciate them acknowledging their error in response to my post and making changes so that this doesn't happen to another student.***"
