"I'm a student pilot currently flying with Ron Guyre ( Nov '21). A&W offers Part 61 training (i.e., fly-when-you-can), which means "no pressure." Disclosure... A&W ain't the "fanciest" flight school in town, but in comparison to other flight training programs, A&W has the best local rates. If you don't care about "looks," but you want to obtain your private pilot certificate (~40 to 60 hours), I would recommend A&W."
