"I live all the way in Whittington. Had family in from out of town and forgot my wallet. Refused to give me tickets or allow me to get a refund. I called Carbondale and they issued me 3 passes plus and extra one for all the trouble. They also said it was lame that the manager admitted she knew me and still would not help me. Worst I’ve ever been treated just because I bought my tickets online and forgot my wallet. I was ready to sell my stocks and everything because of the lady with blue hair!"

"Took my four grandkids to see Wonka. The movie was great but I was charged for five drink/popcorn combos instead of four. When I asked about the price I was told by the concession manager that the ticket was correct. I should have looked closer at the time but didn't examine the ticket until I was home."

"Needs updating. Ticket prices were reasonable and of course popcorn and drink prices are sky high but that's to be expected. Floor in the theater was super sticky and I'm glad I couldn't seepopcorn. One big complaint... We like to get refills as we leave to take with us because we've just shelled out almost $40 for 2 drinks and 2 popcorns. They had cones setup as you leave blocking all the drinks and when I used the restroom with 30 minutes left in the movie, there was no popcorn left and they workers weren't popping any more. I kind of felt cheated."

"Concessions are very very overpriced seats are outdated and uncomfortable staff is rude Want a better experience check out the theater in Vandalia if you get the chance"

"I sat through the whole Barbie movie without any air conditioning or a fan it was so hot in the theater. I complained and they said they’d take care of it and did nothing. Also they need to update their seating. If u have heat intolerance I don’t recommend u going to this theater."
