"Rooms are bad had sperm all over the covers, bugs torn mattresses bathroom towels and sheets stained and smoke all levels of the hotel cigarettes to weed, unprofessional, and no costumer service skills from one lady in the staff. The rest of was terrible don’t want to give a refund. Throwing paper, And money, jest terrible don’t go or waste your time or money.."
"The rooms were clean and tidied and I appreciated the quick fix on the tub draining slowly, but the hotel is older and you can tell that in the carpet and amenities still on site. The staff were friendly tho and that really helped the stay feel nice."
"I would never stay here again. The ladies at front desk were nice and helpful. But our room was changed to another room and it had no working phone, no remote, bird poop all over the windows. At 4am police were called as someone was yelling and screaming and banging down the hallway. Phone in room didn't work to reach front desk to have management diffuse situation so police were called."
"We were lucky enough to check in while Ms. Brown was at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. She was patient and understanding with us while we dealt with an issue with our card. We were very frustrated because we were on our way home to Tennessee and are having car trouble. She turned our whole day around with her kindness and her contagious smile. We are truly thankful to have had the pleasure of meeting this incredible woman. Thank you Ms. Brown! We truly appreciate you. And we love our suite! It by far exceeded our expectations. It’s huge! We love the hotel too! But Ms. Brown is definitely the best part of this hotel and a huge asset to this company!"
"The hallways were filthy and hot. Absolutely no ac. Got stuck on the hot elevator. The bedding was dirty. No room service unless 24 hour notice. The TV didn't work in the room, so they changed my room. Although the TV worked in this room, it was dirty as well. The toilet set was loose and apparently had not had a thorough cleaning. The price for my stay was not too bad but you get what you pay for. I will never stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone."
