And employee process, we need to do better screening. Because we need people person people, not just somebody working a job. We need to know how to treat and talk to one another. "****DELIVERY TICKET #204 FRIDAY OCT 13TH 2023*** Friday night Oct. 13th around 10:30pm I ordered pizza for delivery for my kids. When the pizza was delivered the pizza was overcooked and when she cooked the pizza she forgot to put the bacon on the pizza and threw it on the pizza AFTER it was cooked. It was a little after 11 at night and they closed at midnight. So the next morning I called and the manager onsite was the same manager that was on duty the night before who made my pizza. She got on the phone yelling and ranting saying I should have called last night and she admitted that yeah she did put the bacon on the pizza after it was cooked and that some people prefer it that way.... ???And her boss is not letting them give any credits. She continued to over talk me and yell. Her attitude was TERRIBLE if she really is a manager she needs to be fired ASAP! I have been ordering pizza from this location for years but this is definitely my last time ordering from this location."
"I have never received A pizza this hot and good ever in my 46 years of being on earth. People always write bad reviews but not the great ones. But I would like to take the time and write this one here. I order at 640pm received by 7pm. Driver call and said I’m pulling up in 5 seconds and he did just that. Great customer service and great food should be recognized when given."
