"The past couple of times I went through the drive thru I'm waiting at least 20 minutes at the speaker. The first time I drove off and went elsewhere. When I pulled off I noticed not one car at either window and only 2 cars in the parking lot. I'm just confused as to why you have to wait so long in the drive thru. Something has to change at this location!"
"Another evening where they do not have any drinks, employees are more interested in seeing who is going off on who. Lots of people pulled to the side waiting on food and charging the same price for the meal when they don't feel like changing the machine or cleaning it. Drive through employees have the nastiest attitudes because they can not keep up with the pace of service. Cut you off when ordering and still give you the wrong order. Why does this happen in the black neighborhoods and yet you want to ask for $15 hr when you can't get a simple order correct not ask if there is anything else needed. I would fire my entire staff if they did this, clearly the night shift is an issue and will probably never be addressed because well this expected in the black neighborhoods (or how they portray us to be). How embarrassing, I don't care how many times you all slap lipstick on this pig (with renovations) it's still a filthy pig."
"Service was slow, but these days waiting 25 minutes like we did seems to be normal for most places. The counter staff woman/girl was extra helpful and came out to the dining area to check on us while we waited. The floor has such a grease film, it could be very dangerous for anyone wearing hard sole shoes. Four stars were mostly because of the food quality and the counter staff's good attitude."
