"Gives a decent haircut, but they made an error when scheduling my haircut twice. The first time resulted in me being placed on a no call no show list, the second time resulted in them just not scheduling my appointment. Tony then blamed me for their scheduling error. Haven’t returned since."

"Excellent first experience with Tony and Sarah. Very friendly and welcoming staff and environment. They responded to my inquiry about an appointment promptly and even sent a reminder message about it the day before. Tony was easy to work with and recommended a few great ideas for shaping my beard and cutting my hair. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be back. I'm very picky about my beard and Tony delivered. Update 6/25/19 I have been going to Tony since my initial review. Each time is as good as the last. Definitely highly recommend calling and making an appointment, you won't regret it!"

"It's a really great place if you have a beard. I got my first professional beard trim from there and I would highly suggest it. And I would probably give it a higher rating the more I go. I felt that the staff was rather knowledgeable. Although my first haircut and beard trim was a bit of an awkward experience that I can't make heads or tails of. the person cutting my hair seemed very nervous and didn't really make any conversation with me during the entire process which left me feeling very vulnerable and uncomfortable. The owner, Tony however did make conversation even though he was servicing somebody else. The person cutting my hair made a few negligible mistakes but did a worthwhile job and I'm wondering if they were just new or it could have possibly been that they weren't prepared to have a customer with a wheelchair but they did accommodate me to be able to sit in my chair during the cut which I deeply appreciate it. I would highly suggest that if you are a bearded individual to check out The Parlour. As I said before I think I will come back to them and up my rating the more I go. I can't exactly fault somebody for being nervous but it didn't make me feel very comfortable to be honest Update: As I had said I kept going for hair cuts and beard trims. I am truly glad I did. Tony has given me the best haircut I have ever had. 3 months later it free put really nicely and just now do format next appointment. It's a humbling experience as a person with disability to put your outward appearance in someone else's hands. You have my word you can trust this staff of artists with craft."
