"Worked with Chris he was wonderful! He greeted us at the door and let us know he was there to help and if we needed anything to let him know. He allowed us to look around and was not pushy at all. And at the end of the day we found the perfect couch for us."

"2/7/2024 is when I purchased my furniture. I was not told about the President sale that every thousand I spend I get a $100 deducted from the ticket price. I just happened to see the sign, and Dominick Haynes, my sales consultant try to tell me something different. I went up to the checkout desk, and he told me the truth. I paid for my furniture, and I was given a receipt, so I sat their for a few minutes to see if anyone was going to mention a warranty. No one did so I had to ask. Why not give me a copy or something I can read for various types of warranty, and yes I did ask. I also bought a dinette set in December, so I was a recurring customer as well. Dominick gave me a price on the delivery before I checked out, and the check out guy gave a higher price. I just really don't know who to trust. Poor customer service. Dominick did say he was tired and apologized before I left. Please always let the customer know everything about a purchase when you spending money. I didn't finance. I paid for it upfront. I was told the delivery would be the end of February or middle of March. Thanks"

"Conor was our salesman and was so knowledgeable about everything. We just picked out some reduced priced quilts this time but will definitely come back to see him. He’s an asset. Keep him around!"

"Unfortunately, I was in the store for quite some time and was never greeted by anyone on the bedroom furniture side. Even though 4 -5 employees were sitting at the front desk. I then walked to the mattress side where I was promptly greeted by Derrek in which I expressed my disappointment. He showed us a few mattresses and then walked us back over to the Bedroom furniture side. Even then no one got up and he had to go and get the manager whom was in the group at the desk. Had my daughter not really liked one of the bedroom sets at the store. There is absolutely no way I would have made a purchase. I also expressed my disappointment to the manager that finally helped us. His response was I apologize. I didn’t see you come in. How is that possible?? We were out in the open. 4-5 people didn’t see us? But I could see you. I would certainly hope the observation of your showroom floor isn’t that horrible. The only reason I’ll come back is to see Derrek the mattress guy. I was still a little frustrated after the purchase and forgot to make my way back over to him to purchase a mattress."

"Connor was great! Let us look without being pushy. It was the first furniture I had browsed through where I didn't feel like I was being stalked. He was informative, and explained things well. Store was clean, massage chairs were phenomenal, and the rest of the staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Overall very happy with our decision, and can’t wait to get our new couch."
