"I originally had a virtual appointment for Tuesday at 7pm, based on their recommendation of it being a slower day. When I initially asked for the cost, they wouldn't give me a price and said "I don't have the chart and don't know”…I chose to still go with them but found it odd that they couldn't give me a price to complete my taxes. Despite sending my documents a week prior to the appointment, I received no confirmation or verification that the documents had been received. Come my appointment time at 7 pm, no one calls me. I called at 7: 05 and am informed they are running behind, but someone will call me in 15-20 min. Another half hour goes by and I call back and get told that in 10-15 min someone will call me. Again, I wait and nothing. I call back and am told they're wrapping up and someone will call me back. After waiting another 20 minutes, I call once again only for no one to answer. I try once more after that and again, no response. Finally after waiting over an hour and a half, I email them to cancel my appointment. I then get a call from them and notify them that I will not be using their services and we end the call. I after hanging up I received a fairly passive aggressive email in all caps, indicating that they tried calling me twice and I didn't answer. This was untrue, and they followed by stating that I wasn't being understanding of their delays and how long they had been working. We corresponded via email where I expressed I was very patient and felt that there had been a lack of professionalism on their end as they kept giving me the runaround for over an hour. It was extremely disrespectful of my time, particularly when they tried to portray me as not being understanding for their lack of scheduling or whatever was going on. Regardless, I don't recommend due to their lack of communication, commitment to follow through, and lack of professionalism and disregard for clients doing their appointments virtually. Anyway, I do not recommend him due to his lack of communication, commitment to follow up and lack of professionalism and disregard for clients who make their appointments virtually."
