"Sales lady Valerie is a credit to Slumberland. She was very helpful on the phone. I needed to get a lift chair asap and she tried to get it for me quick. Problem was that the chair was not in stock like the website said. The chair was in Barabo WI but that counts for being in stock in Rockford. That left me with 5 nights without a lift chair. Both my wife and I sleep in them . Not Valerie's fault, she tried her best. I do appreciate her sympathy and empathy. She did a good job with the sales transaction over the phone."
