"If I could give it less stars I would. I am super upset with waiting 30 mins when I was next and they took others before me! I sat and waited to watch the "on duty" hair stylist sitting the back not doing anything. At this point, I just waited to see how long it would take to actually do their job. 30 mins! When I was "batter up" absolutely the worst customer service EVER. And I had been to this location previously with great service. Not now. I also guarantee not one person from corporate will ever he re e of this and actually address this problem. Go at your own frustration risk! Horrible service and attitude filled .... people. The worst. Go elsewhere!"
