"I visited Radiante Dental and Facial for the first time a week ago. I am currently undergoing clear aligner therapy and in this stage of the treatment, I was advised to see a cosmetic dentist for some reshaping/resizing of a tooth. Dr. Ivan spent time in talking to me and fully understanding my concern, along with providing me with a detailed explanation on how to achieve the best possible result. The compassion, attention to detail, and willingness to achieve positive results and satisfy patients in this office is exceptional. I am happy with the outcome and glad to say that I am more confident with my overall smile thanks to Dr. Ivan and his team. Dr. Ivan is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. "I hate to leave a negative review but I just want to caution others who may consider in office teeth whitening here.. without going into too much detail the process left my gums very chemically burnt because the gum guards had moved or were placed incorrectly - this was not identified until after completing the procedure. I experienced very intense sensitivity and pain for the entire first day that lasted until I woke up the next morning. The pain subsided however my gums became swollen and turned a deep red/purple shade where they were burnt, which is slowly returning to normal. I also noticed that the whitening doesn’t seem even, some white spots are present on my teeth which from reading could be dehydrated enamel but it is still leaving me concerned. The Dr and staff I encountered were all very friendly but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience. I noticed the woman who was helping me with the whitening treatment seemed to have many other appointments/reception duties going on at the same time, it seemed kind of chaotic and disorganized when I was checking out. I think her being overworked and stressed contributed to her doing the procedure in a poor fashion. Very seldom have I taken the time to leave a poor review of anything, but this experience made me feel it was necessary. Strongly advise you reconsider, at least for the whitening."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Ivan and Dr. Kathy for over 25 years. That alone should be enough of a recommendation but the reason this practice is so amazing is how caring and talented they are! They truly take your dental needs to heart - they are gentle and understand how to deal with unique situations when they arise. They always take the time to find out how life has been, what is new, and is there any special needs that should be addressed. They are truly wonderful people!"
