"I went in for a balayage and made it clear I wanted ashy brown tones and not warm tones. Service was great and my stylist was so sweet. However the end product was not up to my expectations at all. The balayage was spotty and not ashy toned at all. We picked the toner out together so I’m unsure as to why it didn’t show through. She didn’t use foils and had reassured me it wouldn’t be spotty but ended up very spotty and my hair was so brassy. I had great expectations walking in and service was nice but I will not be returning."
"I went today and got my first balayage/ highlight ever, Giana did a fabulous job...I love my hair! She was so friendly, sweet and fun to talk to as well! Definitely a place I'd highly recommend and I'll be back for sure!"
"My hairdresser Gianna is so friendly and helpful. She even offered to bring me some green tea. Also gave me a great head and neck massage while rinsing out my color. Definitely worth the tip I paid her. Fantastic stylist!"
