"Do not go here! What a complete disappointment! I am devastated with the results of my hair! I went to get my hair cut for my birthday and explained I had had a butterfly cut last time and didn't like it cause of the layers. I wanted to even ouf the layers and trim it up. When I asked how much would have to be taken off to do that I was told 2 inches. My hair was almost to my butt as I let it grow out on purpose to get rid of the layers without loosing too much length. What I got was another butterfly cut and about 6 inches removed and a chop job! The hair stylist barely talked with me and disregarded me the whole time. Only speaking Spanish to her assistant. The whole experience was awful and now I have to live with my hair like this till it grows out. I will calling fir a refund. Do not go here and if you do do not choose Besty!"

"Betzy is the best. I just mine trimmed and it looks so much better. Its amazing what a fresh cut from Betzy can do. My whole entire family goes to her. All the hairstylists there are so lovely too, I see amazing haircuts all around me when I go."

"I had a terrible experience with stylist Patrick. Tall gentleman with gray hair. I went in for an olaplex treatment, haircut, and blow dry. I have loose curly hair. When Patrick started cutting and blow drying my hair it was dripping wet and felt heavy. He told me he was going to “get his steps in doing my hair”. And at the end he said he “likes my natural hair better”. Not to mention he blow dried it with a wet brush and then proceeded to use a Straightener on my damp hair which everyone knows is so damaging. During the process he was yanking on my head and it felt like he was being aggressive on purpose. Go to therapy sir. It came out looking like a middle schooler did my hair. So fried and flat on the ends. I did not even come in for a straighten i came in for a blowout and it did not look blow dried at all. I had to go back and Rosie was nice enough to fix it. She even had to fix the haircut he did because he messed that up too. She re dampened my hair and had to restyle it. He said he worked for actors on the show Chicago Fire and it didn’t seem like it … he was so rude and didn’t even do his job correctly. My hair comes out better when i blow dry it at home. I should become a hairstylist if im going to pay someone to do it for it to come out looking so bad. I wish i took a photo for proof but if you come here and he still works at this location RUN or request a different stylist."

"Hello out there social network media whatever you choose to call yourself to take a moment to give a kudos to The Stylist that did my hair came in skeptical about getting the highly Advanced and unbelievable professional haircut that I received was that of none other than an incredibly highly skilled individual this individual knew more about hair and the way that it hair grows and the in-depth understandings of the calyx of my hair and knew how to combat in the way of what I can only use the word skilled hair surgeon was very pleased did a wonderful job and explained each and every step that she made and why it is my opinion and I suppose only my opinion but I'm sure that if anyone I ever recommended there would have the same made my day and lifted my spirit and the fact there were still hair stylists who cared and showed that through the incredible skill that she had thank you so much for an incredible experience and good conversation a clean facility very friendly staff I would recommend this place to everyone I knew accept my enemy but then again I suppose even an enemy deserve to a good haircut but save the incredible ones for me"

"Rosie is an amazing stylist! She cut both myself and my fiancé hair! We both walked out of there feeling beautiful. His hair is really bad with tangling but she cut it in a way that helped him with no morning craziness from his hair. I’m afraid of layering because it always seemed so complicated to me but the way she does layering is not too dramatic and she made sure to recommend I do what felt best for my hair and face. Both haircuts are perfect and better than the photos we brought in! Can’t recommend her enough!"
