"When owner of Hairsay, Ilene (my awesome colorist & stylist) suggested I meet Pam, make-up and eyebrow specialist at her salon, I thought sure, why not!! I spend 4 months in the summer here and was searching for someone to shape my brows. I’d only been to one woman in Los Angeles for years so I was a bit apprehensive. Let me just say, Pam is the best tweezer and shaper ever. I use to wax, but NEVER again. She has miraculously brought my brows back to life with the perfect arch and shape.
