"The staff in this hotel are always friendly and smile. They always help in any way they can. The hotel itself is always really clean. Rooms are great. And clean. Good breakfast. If in the area I would suggest a stop here. I would suggest this hotel to anyone. Just a great place"

"One of the rudest front desk employees I’ve encountered. Didn’t even attempt to greet me when I walked in. Never got out of his chair. Did not attempt to get any info on me or my stay. Was looking for long term stay due to work in the area. Told me to come back and he’d “try to squeeze me in”. Don’t stay at this place. Find somewhere else to stay like I had to."

"Very disappointed in staff. Had to cancel, thought I'd be nice and let them know. Started getting lecture on policy Said I'm aware your policy not up to comfort inn standards. I'm just letting you know 10pm I get woke up by a phone call asking me when I'll be checking in.guy could not understand when I told him I called and canceled earlier. I will NOT BE staying here again"

"Room was extremely clean and odor free. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Indoor pool and walking distance to food, brewery, and a coffee shop (caffeine and carbs). My only complaint was that the walls were a bit thin. So you can hear your neighbors."

"We unexpectedly had to spend the night in Geneseo and were relieved to be right by this hotel. We had a single king bed room, and it was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Minor issues: toilet didn’t flush very well. Also, someone should really pull some weeds out front! Otherwise, a great stay. Appreciated the fancy coffee maker, friendly service and great location."
