"I had a furnace being brought in from the Lansing branch to Elgin on Friday, January 22, but I couldn't get to the Elgin location before their closing time of 5:00 pm. I called the Elgin branch at 4:58 pm and asked if somebody wouldn't mind staying a few minutes after as I made my trek down route 90 during rush hour. Without hesitation Rick agreed to accommodate my needs and made not only my day but also my customers weekend. I arrived at 5:17pm (more than a few minutes late) only to find Rick patiently waiting with all the items I had previously ordered on the dock and ready to load into my vehicle. I told him how much I appreciated him staying late and he responded with, "That's how we roll around here." I look forward to many more interactions with the helpful and friendly staff."
