"I made an appointment with cook after my partner suggested him to me for 8 years due to her experience with him. Upon arrival to my appointment which was at 2pm but we arrived at 1:30 we waited for 2 hours before being called to the back at 4pm. Cook pushed me off to another doctor that my partner declined because the appointment was with cook. He later entered the room in a rush and did a quick exam. He mentioned the presence of fibroid and was done with his well woman exam. My partner mentioned my enlarged glands. He rudely said that wasn't his area and gave me the info to a facility in sugar land. I drove from Conroe to be seen by him. The experience was horrible and Upon check out they charged for a sick visit because he mentioned fibroid in which i didn't ask him about. I went in for an insurance covered well woman visit. He left a nasty taste in my mouth and my partner apologized for weeks because her Referral went bad and she was present to see the action."

"This is the best OB/GYN practice. The doctors are great, easy going and serious when they need to be. The staff is great and very attentive. They get you in and out, unless there’s an emergency with a pregnancy. I was a high risk pregnancy, age, blood clots and lots of other things and they got my daughter and me through a very tough pregnancy . Going back for yearly check ups is easy. I can’t say enough great things about them."
