"It was a very quick (almost) rushed appointment. I had questions about my future fertility and was barely able to ask one question. It was not a back and forth conversation. Pros : quickest pap I ever had. Cons: I truly felt like I was on a conveyer belt. Speed through patient and quickly see the next. I guess this is what happens when patients are monetized in a large system."

"My wife does not speak a word of English and they forced her to sign a consent for a vaccination without a translator or me. They gave her the vaccine right away and she did not understand what they were giving her. When I spoke to them about this, they brushed me off and insisted that she understood. Never going back"

"I had an appointment for IUD placement and they took my urine sample. They tested it twice and they said it came back positive. I told her, Im pretty sure 100% that I am not pregnant and we had a long conversation about it. By this, “it should ring a bell” that maybe the urine samples was mixed up and I should take another urine sample. I even ask the medical assistant to have a look with the result. She said she already throw them away. They took a blood sample for HCG to confirm. There has been CLEARLY a mix up of urine specimen because when I got home, i took a home pregnancy test kit, it was negative as “expected” and the blood sample came back negative as well. Such a waste of time for the appointment. Not recommended."

"I am really happy with my care with Dr. Cho. She is very straight forward and adaptable to my changing care situation as different issues kept presenting itself during my pregnancy. I felt like she took necessary precautions, and I never felt like I had to remind her of something I said previously. Having a familiar background also made me feel very secure. The front desk ladies and nurses are really friendly as well! I would come back to this practice for future care."
