"I made appointment to visit Dr Damla Karsan. But couldn’t see her. Another doctor was instead of her. When I came to check out I asked “why I had appointment with Dr Karsan , but didn’t see her”, they told me because it’s my first visit . I’m so disappointed,because they could say it before I am coming. Also, I know it’s not true, because my friend came first time with appointment and she saw the Dr. And this my visit was not covered with my insurance, that’s why I’m so sad.
