"I had a very short tenure with Dr. Haufrect's office. My only true compliment is that he was kind and his nurse very personable. Other staff members from the front desk to billing coordinator lacked courtesy's or any empathy for a pregnant patient. I only had 4 visits with the office before seeking a new OBGYN. I wanted a physician who would pause to answer questions, with a staff that didn't walk around with horrific smelling lunches that caused vomiting. I was literally accused at one point of answering a call from them and changing an appointment which could not have occurred as I was out of town with no cellular reception. This turned out to be 'an error' by the office. When I called to speak with the nurse regarding lab results/questions I was transferred to her voice mail three times on the three days I called. I learned the next week when she returned my call, she had been out of the office. Yet, no one answering calls cared to mention this, even when I asked if there was another person to speak with. When requesting my paperwork I was told they would charge the maximum amount allowable for $25.00, basically, because they could. It's shameful how after such a negative experience it is topped off with an insulting charge. I'm certain not everyone has this experience, but I would exercise caution when working with this office."
