I called sanddollar pools because I saw their store a few times passing by previously,so I decided to give them a call and tell them my situation. They quoted me an extremely fair price over phone to locate the leak for me . Paid over the phone and Scheduled an appointment and they kept their appointment and on time . "Last cleaning service was 8/24/22. The pool is still filled with dirt after my husband asked them to pay particular attention to cleaning the pool. Not the first complaint either. My husband observed one of the workers empty the pool basket onto our grass rather than in a trash bin. The Sun Dollar employee didn’t know my husband was home and that we can see from our living room into the backyard, but you can’t see the living room from the yard. Our pool vacuum has been having issues and when Sun Dollar was spoken to about fixing it, they expressed they would but never actually did. Wet disappointed with how expensive their service is without upholding quality of those services. We will be looking for a new business to work with."

"In February/ March this company replastered my pool, replaced a fractured skimmer, removed a concrete slab and put deco seal around the perimeter. They were very responsive up until the job was complete and they got paid. They did a good job initially. Three months later I noticed a crack down the wall, along the bottom of the pool and under the waterfall feature where they were supposed to fix a preexisting crack and retile it. They now told me the wall buckled because the ground shifted and the waterfall feature is too heavy. It is obvious that they only retiled the wall under the fountain but failed to repair the existing wall crack or even inform me that it needed to be repaired. It is now September and I’ve called several times and my wife called too. When I received a bid it listed two separate bids and was confusing. I’ve finally given up on this company as I don’t feel they care about you unless you’re willing to drop big dollars to get their business. The owners won’t even return my calls."
