"bought merchandise, they forgot to place one of my items on my bag so i called and they said to come in with receipt they will have it up front. so came back the next day , the lady that charge me was yeah I forgot but they put it back on the floor . why would they put it back on the floor if I had already purchase it PLUS she said you would have to go look for it. so even after they forgot they still told me to look for it myself . ridiculous."
