I don't understand how the Hermann memorial has these types of people caring for pregnant women."

"I will try to be as impartial as possible in my personal opinion of this Dr and his consultation. I visited with my wife on more than 2 occasions, the last time was a disaster and caused us to change the service to another provider, the girls there with the exception of the manager do not have a friendly face. You feel that they are doing you a favor and not providing friendly service, they made us wait 2 hours to be served and there were no apologies, only reprimands because we complained. Dr. Veronica is very fast and in just 5-10 minutes she summarizes her visit, with little explanation and in our case we felt little focus on my wife's pregnancy. It is a very busy practice and in my opinion they are motivated more by billing than by attention. All the medicines recommended were none by prescription so we were never asked if it was better this way or the other way. The birth plan, established by the Dr, was at 37 weeks, which worried us, luckily another opinion confirmed that it was not necessary and that we could go further. The Dr.'s response regarding the lateness of the last appointment was not an apology, she told us that we should be prepared to wait, never a reflection or an apology. Luckily friends and acquaintances gave us their bad opinion about this Dr and we made the best decision to leave there. When we serve we owe our work to the one who receives it. Being pleasant, answering all questions and being less interested in money gives a feeling of quality. You receive a lesson today for your bad service. Sincerely ; Dr Rene DNP"
