"My very first appointment here I was early as I was instructed to be and people who came in like 20 minutes after me were being seen in front of me, when I asked about it one of the receptionist said I apologize the doctor was double booked. When I did get to the back the doctor came in asked some questions and answered some and was out of there. This isn’t my first child so I know how the first appointment is supposed to go and this was definitely not what a first appointment has ever looked like for me. Although she is a great listener I still expect a little more from my doctor. I emailed paperwork from my job that had a due date. Doctor Ruth told me they (her staff) would get to it in about 7 days, I thought that was odd because I have never had a doctors staff fill out medical paperwork for me. It was always the doctor, still it was due seven days from then so I didn’t say anything. Three days away from the due date of my paperwork I have called and called the office about my paperwork because it’s for my job which is my livelihood, and the one time I was able to get someone on the phone she informed me that they had the wrong paperwork, I resent the correct form while on the phone to the same email they gave me and the lady tells me she doesn’t have access to the email it was sent to and when she gets in contact with the lady who does then it would be her that gives me a call back. None of this has happened. It’s now past the due date and seven days I was given and I have called multiple times today and still no response, no answer. But I keep getting emails to write a review about my experience at this facility. So here it is, I don’t feel like this facility is a good fit for me because I may just be old school but at the very least I expect to be able to communicate with my doctor and for my doctor to be hands on when it comes down to patient interaction. I haven’t gotten either of those things from this facility. However, I will say this everyone at this facility was nice when I went and it was clean."

"I absolutely love this office on my first visit. I was assisted by my ultrasound tech Erika. I was also assisted by Janice, Tiffany and Deirdre during my visit. Everyone is very sweet and very knowledgeable and they made sure that I had all of my questions answered. On my second visit,I was assisted by Grace and she was absolutely amazing. I love her. She’s super funny and meeting Dr. St Victor was absolutely wonderful. She was also very knowledgeable. She is so compassionate and caring. She gave me all of the information I needed for my baby and even things regarding to my own health. Everyone I spoke to in this office seemed that they genuinely cared about my well-being and I just absolutely love that I have not had that experience at a doctors office ever so I’m very grateful for every person in this office"

She was interested in my story and how she could help. She is also extremely knowledgeable about other ways to treat symptoms, than traditional medicine.
