"I’m very disappointed how disorganized and unprofessional they were with my appointment. I called to make an appointment last week and organized my time and everything cause I work during the week and is hard for me to be off during the day time. Well the thing is that I showed up exactly the time of me appointment and then the lady at the front told me the doctor was gone for an emergency, which I understand, but the least they could do is to call me before so I don’t go all the way there, I drove over an hour just to get there and I missed work…and then the lady asked me “why I didn’t get there early so the doctor could see me before he was gone”, I told her I can’t that’s why I made my appointment at that time for a reason, my information wasn’t even in their system, apparently cause the person that answer the phone when I called was the doctor and he doesn’t tell them anything about the appointments he makes over the phone to his staff (that’s what the lady said)."

"The staff is quick and nice, really organized and clean. Having my first baby and i chose the perfect doctor to be seen by. I've started going with him the moment i found out I was pregnant in June 2020 and all my visits have been quick. Even though a lot of mommas go for their visit, you may think you'll be there for a while but no, they get their stuff done real quick. Brenda and the other nurse and so nice and quick, they are the best along with Dr. Mayo for making my first pregnancy experience unforgettable. Keep up the good work guys!!!!"
