"Office relocating. Will not be opened to Oct 1st.. So why can't I leave a message to get a refill filled. This is so unprofessional. The answering service was no help because the system wasn't set up for leaving messages, ridiculous. I don't understand, why a contingency plan was not put into place for patients and refills?"

"Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office!!! They DO NOT return phone calls, they show little interest in your concerns, if you miss an appointment they don’t even call you personally, they have an automated system call you. I was supposed to have a Colposcopy done, but decided to go to a different doctor because they obviously do not have patients concerns or questions as their interest. If you do get a call back from this place, you’re lucky. I left over 7 messages inquiring about my procedure and when I finally heard back from them it was 5 minutes before they closed! Seriously, find a different office."

"My 19 year old daughter went to this doctor. The doctor was condescending and unprofessional. Basically told my daughter she was lying about the fact that she was not sexually active and was very rough when examining her. Horrible experience for her. Would not recommend to anyone EVER."

"I waited 45 minutes and then came this pregnant lady who is the member of the staff to tell me I cannot take my 4 yr old inside exactly where are we suppose to leave our kids? And on top of that for them to tell me this after that long wait made me extremely upset. The 3 staff members are standing around talking about what to eat and talking about a previous patient Where is The patient privacy ???? And they asked me to pay before all this bs I obviously got my refund and she has the nerve to ask me to reschedule I said never will I come back to this s#!+ place. Horrible horrible experience! Can't rate the Doc because the staff is hurting thr reputation."

"I have been going to Dr. Edwards for a few years now, but only because I lacked the initiative to find a new OB/GYN. Today was different. I found someone else because this is by far the worst office. They DO NOT return phone calls, they are NOT helpful, and they seem to have NO IDEA that we are people AND patients. I recommend you find another doctor that will take care of you, not push you out the door so they can cattle call the next patient in the door."
